Weekly Ordering
What days are you open for ordering?
Ordering is Open Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday so have time to bake your items as fresh as possible.
What payment methods do you take?
We use all forms of credit cards that Shopify allows.
Do you accommodate custom or special orders?
It depends on the items and quantity. Please email us at yoursweetalchemist@gmail.com with your request.
Do you offer shipping?
We do now! Starting November 30th, 2025 we offer shipping nationwide to all 50 US States!
We offer free shipping on all orders $75 or more!
Can I get local delivery if I'm nearby?
We offer local delivery up to 20 miles from zip code 29681 for a fee. We offer pick up to save on delivery fees.
Do I need to be home to have my order delivered?
Nope! All deliveries are no contact between 10am-2pm each Saturday! At your request we can text you when we drop it off.
What about pick up?
Yes, at our home, the address is provided in the order confirmation between 10-2 on Saturdays.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made up to Tuesday by midnight EST for a full refund. After midnight on Wednesdays orders cannot be cancelled and refunds are not given. Please email us at yoursweetalchemist@gmail.com to cancel an order.

What type of ingredients do you use?
We try to use as all natural and organic ingredients as possible!
Are there nuts in your products?
Some items do contain nuts, yes. All of our products are made in the same space and share equipment. We advise anyone with a severe allergy to not consume our products.
When are your items baked?
All items are made fresh every Thursday and Friday after our store closes for pre-orders.
