Weekly Ordering
What days are you open for ordering?
Ordering is Open Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday so have time to bake your items as fresh as possible.
Do you accommodate custom or special orders?
It depends on the items and quantity. Please email us at yoursweetalchemist@gmail.com with your request.
Do you ship?
Not currently but it is a plan for the future.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes, at our home, the address is provided in the order confirmation between 10-2 on Saturdays.
Do you deliver?
We offer local delivery up to 20 miles from zip code 29681 for a fee. We offer pick up to save on delivery fees.
Can I cancel and order?
Cancellations can be made up to Tuesday by midnight EST for a full refund. After midnight on Wednesdays orders cannot be cancelled and refunds are not given. Please email us at yoursweetalchemist@gmail.com to cancel an order.
What payment methods do you take?
We use all forms of credit cards that Shopify allows.

What type of ingredients do you use?
Our ingredients are organic or all natural as we can find.
Are there nuts in your products?
Some items do contain nuts, yes. All of our products are made in the same space and share equipment. At this time we advise anyone with a severe allergy to not consume our products.
When are your items baked?
Items are made fresh each week after order has closed.
Pickup & Delivery
Do I need to be home to have my order delivered?
No, we will drop your order off at your location between 10-2 on Saturdays. As a No Contact Delivery.
What are your delivery and pick up hours?
Saturdays from 10am-2pm
